Gallagher, Francis (8 August 1904 - 10 September 1960)

 

Francis K. Gallagher, 56, of St. Helens, Ore., died Saturday of a heart attack.  Funeral Services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m., from the Georgas Funeral Home. The Rev. Frank B. Harcey of the United Church of Christ will officiate.  Burial will be made in the Neillsville Cemetery.

 

The son of the late David and Emma (Kettle) Gallagher, Sr., he was born August 8, 1904, in Neillsville. He was graduated from the Neillsville High School and soon after graduation left for the west, where he has resided since 1923.  He was a veteran of World War II.

 

Services were held Wednesday morning in Oregon for Mr. Gallagher, who was a member of the Methodist Church and the Odd Fellows Lodge. 

 

He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Harland (Theodora) Kintzele, Neillsville, and Mrs. George (Virginia) Brameld of Janesville; and two brothers, David of Granton and William of Neillsville.
