Foote, Jerry C. (? - 18 October 2010)

 

Jerry C. Foote, 63, originally from Neillsville, passed away Oct. 18, 2010.

 

Dedicated to his career as owner and president of a marketing communications firm in the northwest Chicago for 35 years, Jerry just recently retired to volunteer and to spend more time with family and friends.  He as an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting and taking walks with his dog.  A loving husband, devoted father, special grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Jerry was a creative, warm and good-hearted man who loved gardening, music and living life to its fullest.

 

He is survived by his wife, the love of his life, Blair; his children, Pam (Eric) Myers and Kevin Foote; grandchildren, Amelia and Nate Myers; brother, James (Carolyn) Foote; nephews, Brad, Jason and Ryan Foote; friends, Dee and Jeff Andershock, and niece, Savana Andershock.

 

He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Lucille Foote, both of Neillsville.

 

Jerry was a funny, generous and loving soul whose spirit, smile and presence will be missed.

 

Services and a celebration of his life will be held Sunday, Nov. 7 at 11 a.m. at the Onion Pub at 22221 Pepper Road in Lake Barrington, IL.  Memorial donations can be made to the Pepper Family Hospice Home in Barrington.  www.hospiceanswers.org/foundation/ways-to-give.aspx.
