Przybylski, Bernice M. (2 JUN 1956)

St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church in Thorp was the setting for the wedding of Miss Bernice Marie Przybylski, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward V. Przybylski, route 1, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), and Edward E. Sandel, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Sandel of Lublin.  Rev. Conrad Chilicki officiated at the 10 a.m. service on June 2, 1956.

The bride chose a chapel length gown of Chantilly lace and nylon net over satin.  A scalloped sweetheart neckline and long sleeves detailed the fitted bodice.  A pearl tiara held her elbow length veil and she carried a shower bouquet of white roses.

Miss Joan Przybylski, a sister of the bride, and Mrs. Richard Boelsen, Milwaukee, the bride’s attendants, wore yellow and blue chiffon gowns respectively with crystalline duster.  Blue and yellow flowers composed their colonial bouquets.

Diane Witek, Lublin, a friend of the bride, was flower girl, dressed in nylon net over taffeta frock, floor length.  Timothy Milas, Lublin, Nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.

Vernon Wegner, cousin of the bride, was best man, and Richard Boelsen, Milwaukee, ushered.

A reception was given at the Quonset Hall, preceded by a breakfast for the immediate families.

The bride is a graduate of the Withee High School and the Marvel Beauty Culture School of Milwaukee.  She is employed at Shuster’s, Milwaukee, as a registered cosmetologist.

The groom, a graduate of the Thorp High School, is now attending the Milwaukee School of T.V. and is employed at the Howard Foundry Co. in Milwaukee.

After a wedding trip through Wisconsin, the young couple will make their home in Milwaukee.

Out of town guests attending the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. Richard Boelsen, Milwaukee; Pat Telford, Miss Arlene Kangas and Ernie Yance of Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Louis Przybylski and family of Chippewa Falls, and guests from Gilman, Lublin, Thorp and Withee.
