Fecker, Cheryl (Marriage - 4 June 1960)
June 4 was the wedding day of Cheryl Fecker and Ivar Soderbeck, both of Abbotsford. The 2 o’clock ceremony was performed at Tomahawk at the Grace Lutheran church with the Rev. S. A. Ismie officiating.
Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Ed Diethman of Riplinger, Wis.
Attendants of the couple were Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Norlen of Hawkins, Wis. Mrs. Norlen is a niece of the groom.
The new Mrs. Soderbeck wore a white eyelet dress with white accessories for her marriage and she carried a bouquet of rose buds. Her matron of honor wore a Navy blue dress with white accessories, and her bouquet was of pink carnations.
After the ceremony, a reception was held at Tomahawk at the home of the groom’s nephew, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kapham, after which a wedding party was held at Carl’s Resort, Tomahawk. A wedding party was also held at the Hitching Post in Abbotsford June 5.
The bride is employed at Abbotsford Produce and the groom at the American Box Board Co. in Colby. The couple is making their home in Abbotsford.
