Fuchs, Emma (13 JUL 1860 - 5 AUG 1950)

Funeral services were held at McMinnville, Ore., on Aug. 9 for Mrs. Emma Fuchs, 90, of Dayton, Ore.

Mrs. Fuchs was born on July 13, 1860, and passed away on Aug. 5, 1950.  She was married to Dr. Albert F. Fuchs in 1884, and they moved to Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.) about 1891.  Dr. Fuchs practiced medicine here for over 20 years.

After Dr. Fuchs died in 1915, Mrs. Fuchs moved to Oregon to make her home with her brother, Albert Detmerin.  He too preceded her in death, and for the last several years her son, Gustave, has lived and cared for her.

Mrs. Fuchs is survived by another son, Carl H. Fuchs of Des Moines, Ia., two grandsons, one great-granddaughter, one brother, two sisters and several nieces and nephews.

Interment was made in the Brookside Cemetery at Dayton.
