Amanda Schug and Bradley Carey both of Eau Claire, were united in marriage on June 12, 2010 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Colby. 

 

The bride is the daughter of Mike and Renee Heindl, Colby. Her husband is the son of Frank and Naomi Carey and Trudy Carey, all of Unity. 

 

Ringbearer was Kaleb Lynn, Unity.

 

Maid of honor was Leann Kunze, Colby, friend of the couple. Bridesmaids were Kelsey Weibel, La Crosse, friend of the couple; Jenny Umlauft, Stetsonville, friend of the couple; and Renee Haas, Stevens Point, friend of the couple. 

 

Best man was Brian Dart, Fond du Lac, friend of the couple, Groomsmen were Kyle Banaszak, West Bend, friend of the couple; Mike Heindl, Colby, brother of the bride; and Jake Cary, Unity, brother of the groom. 

 

Ushers were Skylor Riehle, Abbotsford, cousin of the bride; and Jake Heidemann, Appleton, friend of the couple. 

 

Music during the ceremony was provided by Rachel Kaiser. Photographer was Jim Brandt of Colby.  

 

A reception with 370 guests was held at the Rib River Ballroom, Marathon.

 

The couple road tripped to Mackinaw Island, Michigan, Lake Geneva and Wisconsin Dells for their honeymoon. 

 

The bride is a 2006 graduate of Colby High School and a 2010 graduate of UW-Stevens Point. 

 

The groom is as 2006 graduate of Colby High School and a 2010 graduate of UW-Stevens Point. He is a manager of Countertops, Inc., in Eau Claire. 

 

The couple resided in Eau Claire.
