Huntzicker, Maria J. (10 NOV 1867 - 9 APR 1966)

Services were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Hill Funeral Home in Greenwood for Mrs. John Huntzicker, 98, Denver, Colo., a former Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.) resident, who died April 9, 1966, in Denver.  The Rev. Paul Doering, pastor of the Loyal Methodist Church, officiated, and burial was made in the Greenwood Cemetery.

The former Maria J. Nichol, was born Nov. 10, 1867, in Ontario, Canada.  Her marriage to John Huntzicker, who preceded her in death in Feb. 1924, took place in Neillsville.  She had made her home in greenwood for many years before moving to Colorado.

Survivors are three daughters, Miss Ruth Huntzicker and Mrs. Ralph (Bethel) Houston, Denver, Colo.; and Miss Grace Huntzicker, San Francisco, Calif.; a brother-in-law, A. C. Huntzicker, Minneapolis; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Two sons preceded her in death.
