Clouse, Evelyn A. (6 MAY 1967)

 

Miss Evelyn Ann Clouse of Union Grove, Wis., daughter of Mrs. Pearl Clouse of Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), and the late Frank Clouse, was given in marriage by her uncle, Henry Laffe, to Ronald Douglas Nelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Nelson, Rt. 3, Cadott, Wis.  The ceremony took place on Saturday, May 6, 1967, at 2 p.m. at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in greenwood with Rev. Arvid Myhrwold officiating.  Rev. Myhrwold sang "The Lord’s Prayer" and Mrs. Myhrwold sang "Song of Ruth" and "Wedding Prayer," accompanied by Debbie Myhrwold.

 

The bride wore a floor length gown of Chantilly lace with chapel length train, ell shaped sleeves.  The silk illusion veil was fastened to a headpiece of brilliant.  She carried a bouquet of pink roses and white feathered carnations and white stephanotis.

 

Maid of honor was Miss Bonnie Clouse, Union Grove.  Bridesmaid was Miss Vivian Nelson, Cadott.

 

They wore floor length gowns of pink lace over pink satin and carried bouquets of pink roses and white stephanotis.

 

Flower girls were Miss Janet and Kathryn Jaenke.

 

Best man was Richard Greene, Chippewa Falls, and groomsman was David Kuehni, Milwaukee.

 

The bride graduated from Greenwood High School in 1959 and has been employed at Southern Wisconsin Colony, Union Grove.

 

The groom graduated from Cadott High School in 1958 and is employed at Northern Wisconsin Colony, Chippewa Falls.  They will make their home on R. 5, Chippewa Falls.
