Confirmation services were presided over by the Rt Rev. Bishop W. Horstick of Eau Claire at St. Katherine’s Episcopal Church last night with the class comprising 15 members.
Rev. Laurence Brenton, pastor of the parish, presented the following persons to the bishop for the laying on of hands: Jean Virginia Barager, James Vernon Barager, Gerald Lynn Boxrucker, Diane Alyce Burhop, Susan Carol Fricke, Ruthann Kay Kuehn, Robert Grant lawence, Bradner John Lawrence, Michael Douglas McMillan, Fred August Schulze, Edwin and Fred Schulze, Naoma Bender Schulze, William Lee Winslow and Helena Stasek Griepentrog.
Previous to the confirmation services, Katherine Jean Brenton, infant daughter of Father and Mrs. Laurence Brenton, was baptized by the bishop.
A reception for the bishop and class members was held in the church parlors immediately following the service.
