Chas. Beechler died Monday afternoon as the result of an operation. He was at the Marshfield hospital to be operated upon for a supposed tumor of the stomach, but when the operation took place it was found to be a cancer. The funeral was held at Granton yesterday morning and services were conducted by Rev. Prescott. Geo. Beechler and wife and Rex Beechler attended the funeral.
