Schlinsog, Jeanette (Marriage - 24 August 1957)  
 

Married August 24, at the Zion Lutheran Church at Granton, were Miss Jeanette Schlinsog, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Schlinsog of Granton, and Roger Frank, son of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Frank of Wood Lake, Minn. 
 

The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Arthur Oswald. 
 

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore traditional white. The dress was fashioned of Chantilly lace and nylon tulle, with a full gored skirt. The tight fitted bodice was highlighted by a Sabrina neckline.  Long sleeves came to a point at the wrists.  Her finger tip veil fell from a sequin and pearl studded headpiece. She carried a white orchid surrounded by stephanotis. 
 

Miss Arlene Schlinsog was her sister’s maid of honor.  Bridesmaids were Miss Donna Schlinsog of Hillert, and Miss Elaine Trimberger of Bonduel. 
 

Best man was Virgil Frank of Wood Lake.  Dennis Bahn and Lowell Timm were groomsmen.  Ushers were Ronald Schlinsog and Hilbert Hahn, Wood Lake, Minn. 
 

A reception for 150 guests was held at the parish house. The young couple left on a wedding trip to Northern Minnesota.  They will reside on a farm near Wood Lake, Minn.  
 

The bride is a graduate of Granton High School and Concordia College at St. Paul. For the last three years she taught in St. Luke’s School, Wood Lake.  Mr. Frank is a graduate of the Wood Lake High School and is a farmer. 
 

Relatives attending the wedding were from Fargo, N.D.; Wilmot and Freeman, S. D.; Tauten, Boyd, Morgan, Lucan, Echo, Wood Lake and Minneapolis, Minn.; Springfield, Ill.; Milwaukee, Janesville, Kenosha, Oshkosh, Plainfield, Unity, Spencer, Colby, Loyal, and Stanley.
