Funeral services for Frank A. Sterzinger, 68, of Colby, will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic church. He died Monday of a coronary thrombosis after a long illness. Burial will be made at the Colby cemetery.  
 

Mr. Sterzinger was born in Colby in 1888, and had lived on a farm in the town of Colby all his life. He was the town’s treasurer for 32 years and a former director of the Hull Town Mutual Insurance Company.  
 

He is survived by his wife, the former Laura Radeztsky, whom he married in 1914, three sons and a daughter, Gorman, of Eureka, Ill.; Randall, Colby; Maj. Morris, stationed in Japan; and Mrs. Rudy (Adeline) Vesely, Schofield; a brother, Joseph, of the town of Colby; 28 grand children and four great grand children.
