Giese, Mr. (1891? - 23 JUN 1954)

 

Expressions of sympathy and condolence are being extended to Gerald Giese by his friends as they learn of the sudden death of his father.

 

Mr. Giese, 63, passed away unexpectedly a week ago last night, Wednesday, June 23, at his home in Bloomer.

 

Funeral services were held at two o’clock Saturday afternoon from Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Bloomer with Rev. R. Quade officiating and burial being made in the city cemetery.

 

He is survived by his wife, on daughter, Mrs. Gerald Hetzel of this community (Owen, Clark Co., Wis.), two sons, Eugene of Racine and Gerald of Owen, three grandchildren three brothers, Otto of Minneapolis, Edward of Ontario, Wis. and Rienie of Pewaukee, four sisters, Miss Minnie Giese of Pewaukee, Mrs. Ed Groth of Pewaukee, Mrs. R. Propp of Sullivan, Wis., and Mrs. John Munson of Westby, Wis.

 

Mr. Geise was a veteran of W.W. I.  He had been employed at the Chippewa Co-op Dairy here since 1946.
