Werner, Della (19 Feb. 1889 - 22 Aug. 1953)  
 

Funeral services for Mrs. Matt Werner, 64, who died Saturday, were held Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Bernard’s Catholic church. The Rev. Raymond Schulz officiated at the requiem high mass. Internment was made in the Abbotsford cemetery.  
 

The pallbearers were Elmer Leichtnam, Leonard Riehle, Archie Melvin, Brice Bender, Peter Stszesynski, and Frank Wogernese.  
 

The floral tributes were carried by Miss Judy Leichtnam and Mmes. Clem Keller, Leonard Riehle, Archie Melvin, and Elmer Leichtnam.  
 

Relatives and friends attending the funeral were from Seymour, Green Bay, Milan, Colby, and Abbotsford, Wis. 
 

Mrs. Werner was born Della Ducat, Feb. 19, 1889, at Dykesville, Wis. In 1924, she was married at Appleton, to Matt Werner. About 15 years ago, they moved to this community and farmed. Their present farm is in the town of Hull, east on Highway 29.  
 

Mrs. Werner suffered a stroke two months ago and was hospitalized at Marshfield. A week ago, Saturday, she was taken to Wisconsin General hospital, Madison, where she died Saturday. 
 

She is survived by her husband; one son, Lenard, at home. There are four sisters, Mrs. Elmo Muford, Nato, Mich., Mrs. Rose Rankin and Mrs. Steven Bader, a twin sister of the deceased, of Green Bay, and Mrs. Arnie Routhieaux, of Dykesville; and two brothers, Joe Ducat, Kimberly, and Victor Ducat, Green Bay.  
 

Mrs. Werner was a faithful member of the Catholic church and her many friends will remember her as one who always endeavored to live according to
