  Hogenson, Jennie (16 JUN 1909)

Yesterday afternoon at 2 o’clock in the Norwegian church, Rev. Waage united in marriage Perry W. Jostad and Miss Jennie Hogenson.  The attending couple was John Hogenson and Mrs. Hans Hogenson.  Mr. and Mrs. Jostad will leave tomorrow for Portland, Oregon, and after a trip through the west will return to La Crosse, where they will make their home.

Mrs. Jostad is one of Neillsville’ fairest young ladies.  She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hogenson and is a handsome and winsome lady.  For some months she has been employed in Dr. Bachmann’s office.  She is a highly capable young lady and has a large circle of very dear friends.

Mr. Jostad is a young businessman of West Salem.  He has made many friends on his visits here and has impressed all with his many excellent traits of character and his evident integrity and industry.  The Times extends it congratulations.
