Oberle, Patricia (9 JUN 1953)

Miss Patricia Oberle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Oberle of Route 3, Stanley, chose a gown fashioned with French lace over a satin fitted bodice, long sleeves, sheer yoke and full skirt for her wedding to Wilfred Sorenson on Tuesday, June 9, 1953. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Sorenson, Route 3, Stanley.

The altar of St. Bernard’s Church, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), was decorated for the nine o’clock nuptial Mass which was celebrated by Rev. Arnold M. Muckerheide.

Miss Darlene Oberle was her sister’s maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Miss Loretta Sorenson, Miss Dolores hence and Mrs. Richard Heiting.

Harold Sorenson of the United States Navy was his brother’s best man, Harold Sorenson and Richard Heiting served as groomsmen and Raymond Baldeschwiler of Thorp, ushered.
