Martha (Brechlin) Hoff, the daughter of Carl & Brtha (Kussrow) Brechlin, was born on March 4, 1894. She was married to George Phillip Hoff (4 Mar 1886 - 9 Apr 1957), the son of Matthew and Catherine (Mertes) Hoff, just after Christmas, 30 Dec 1912.  Martha died on January 15, 1989 at 94 years of age. 

To this union were born three daughters and one son - Mrs. John ("Dot", Dorothy, b. 2 Aug 1913 in Trout Creek, Ontonagon, Michigtan) McCorison of Owen, Mrs. Howard (Myrtle Bertha Catherine, b. 12 Feb 1915 in Little Black, Taylor Co., Wis.) Stoltenberg of Wittenberg, Mrs. Lawrence (Ethel Emma, b. 23 Feb 1917 in Little Black, Taylor Co., Wis.) Boardman of Thorp, Harley Carl Hoff (b. 24 Nov 1922 in Curtiss, Clark, Wis., m. Marion Ethel Perske in Wausau, Wis.) of San Mateo, California.
