Brinkley, Helen L. (Marriage - 29 Mar. 1947)

Marriage vows were exchanged between Helen L. Brinkley, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Edward Mahon, of San Bernadino, California, and Frederick W. Bunnell, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Bunnell, of Abbotsford, on March 29 in the Griffith Park Christian church, at Los Angeles, at 8:00 o’clock in the evening. The Rev. M. N. Breckenridge read the nuptial service.

The bride wore a pale blue pin striped suit and white accessories, with a corsage of gardenias and violets.

Attending the bridal couple were Mr. and Mrs. Paul McWilliams. Mrs. McWilliams wore a black dress accented by a gardenia corsage.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of Mrs. Mildred McWilliams and was attended by Mrs. M. C. Bunnell, Mr. and Mrs. Eli Bunnell of Burbank, and Ed Boileau, of Los Angeles, and other relatives and friends of the bridal couple.

Mr. and Mrs. Bunnell will make their home in Los Angeles where the groom is employed in a furniture factory.
