West York (18 May 1916)

J.F. Kelly took some stock and horses over to the Marshfield sale last week Monday.

Corn planting is not being rushed very hard yet on account of the rainy weather.

Mr. and Mrs. Anton Schaefer and son spent Sunday afternoon at the John Vincent home.

School closes in Jt. Dist. 3 next Friday with a program in the evening. Everybody come.

Quite a few farmers from around here took stock to Neillsville Tuesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Bardell visited with Mr. and Mrs. John Krejci and family last week Sunday.
