Schreiber, Rosalind (Marriage - 18 July 1946)

Miss Rosalind Schreiber was given in marriage by her father, John Schreiber, to Clarence Kramer, son of Mrs. Edith Kramer, of Abbotsford, Thursday, July 18. Vows were exchanged in a double ring ceremony at 9:00 o’clock, followed by a nuptial high mass, sung by the Rev. Raymond Schultz, in St. Thomas’ Catholic church, Milan.

The bride wore an entrained gown of white chiffon and satin, designed on simple lines and having long sleeves. An orange blossom head dress held the finger tip veil and in her shower bouquet were red roses, white carnations and babys breath.

Attending them were Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Schreiber, of Athens, brother and sister-in-law of the bride, and Miss Carmeletta Schreiber, Milan, sister of the bride, and Vernon Kramer, Abbotsford, brother of the groom.

Mrs. Schreiber, as matron of honor, and Miss Schreiber, the bridesmaid, wore formals of aqua dotted Swiss, yellow flowers in their hair, and carried Colonial bouquets fashioned of yellow roses. They wore gold band bracelets, gifts from the bride.

The bride’s mother was attired in a mesh dress of lime green with white accessories and the groom’s mother wore a frock of gray with dark accessories. The bride’s grand mother, Mrs. Martin Radlinger, attended the ceremony in a black dress with lavender trimming. All wore shoulder corsages of roses, carnations, and sweet peas.
