The Sunday School Mission met this afternoon at the home of Mrs. H. D. Kennedy. Mrs. H. H. Fiebig was the assisting hostess.

Mrs. Mitzlaff has recently moved to Milwaukee where she is keeping house for her daughter. She has rented her house, which is being occupied by the Raymond Bunkelman and Blaine Hemphill families.

Easter day guests at the Chet Knight home included Mr. and Mrs. Henry Raasch and son, Robert, of Milwaukee, Mrs. Henry Raasch, Sr., son, William, and Mr. and Mrs. Reinhard Raasch and family of Stetsonville, and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Reimer of Hollway.

Mrs. Joseph Elfert returned from Green Bay, Tuesday, after visiting her son, Bill Schwartz, who was a patient at a hospital there.

Mrs. H. J. Amacher and daughter, Carol, Mrs. Frank Bernitt, Mrs. John Bremer, Mrs. Chet Knight, Mrs. Bertha Eggert and Mrs. H. J. Cornelius were among those who attended the wedding of Miss Anna Harder and Arnold Koal at the Lutheran church at Stetsonville, Wednesday afternoon.

Miss Ruth Berger arrived from Milwaukee, Friday, for a visit here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Berger. Her father met her at Eau Claire.

Mrs. Tillie Dietz returned from Milwaukee, Friday, after a visit with relatives.

Francis Wiese was honor guest at a birthday celebration at his home on Easter Sunday. Among the guests were Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Elfert and son, Alvin John; Mr. and Mrs. Mike Kittl and son, Anton, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wiese and daughter, Margaret, Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Wunsch and daughters, Shirley and Joyce, Miss Rozella Wunsch, Mrs. Wendalin Schommer and son, Gerald; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wunsch, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Wiese, the Misses Irene and Sylvia Wunsch, Arnold Wunsch, Peter Drouth and Miss Drindle, all of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Alfred Dassler, son of Mrs. Gust Hintz, was here from Sheboygan to spend the Easter week end with his parents. Mr. and Mrs. Gust J. Hintz.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wunsch, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wiese, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Wiese, Arnold Wunsch, Peter Drouth and the Misses Irene and Sylvia Wunsch and Miss Drindle, all of Milwaukee, spent the Easter week end at the Frank Wiese home and with other relatives.

Miss Juanita Sybeldon, Wausau, spent Easter with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Sybeldon.

H. T. Ketcham spent the Easter week end at Richland Center with Mrs. Ketcham.

Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Hessel and daughter arrived from Milwaukee, Saturday noon, to spend Easter with his mother, Mrs. Paul Hessel.

Mr. and Mrs. George Knajdek spent Monday at Gilman. While there they attended an auction sale of one of their friends.

Mr. and Mrs. Nick Kedinger left last week to spend the summer with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Felenz, and family, at Loyal, after spending the winter with another son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. George Knajdek.

Mrs. Jake Heit, of Arkansas, Wis., and Mrs. Albert Sol, Menomonie, and Miss Lamoin Knajdek, of Glidden, spent Saturday and Sunday at the George Knajdek home.

Easter supper guests at the George Seidel home were: Mrs. Louis Auberson and daughter, Lucille, Marshfield; Mrs. Art Scheibe and family, Mrs. Mary Schultz, Abbotsford, Wis.

A large crowd gathered at the Mayville town hall, Tuesday evening, for a bridal shower given in honor of Miss Myrtle Wilhelmi and Edwin Fenske. The wedding date will be May 4.

Mr. and Mrs. Elroy Broeske and Marvin and G. R. Broeske were Easter dinner guests at the Armin Greunke home in Marshfield. Clyde Broeske, whose birthday was celebrated that day, was also with them as he was discharged that day from St. Joseph’s hospital where he had been a surgical patient.

Mr. and Mrs. Orville Tischey and children left this morning for Duluth.
