On Feb. 3rd, 1951 at 8 o’clock mass at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Minneapolis, Minn., Clement T. Schmidt and Mary Emogene Fechhelm were united in marriage in a double ring ceremony by Rev. Father Curtin.

The bride’s attendant, Mrs. Verna Fechhelm, wore a gray suit with black hat, white accessories and a corsage of carnations and roses.

The groom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank J. Schmidt of Thorp (Clark Co.), Wis. and his attendant wore gray suits and white rose boutonnieres. After the ceremony, the wedding party journeyed to Thorp, where a 7 o’clock wedding supper was served to immediate families of the bride and groom, at the home of the groom’s parents.

The happy couple will make their home at Minneapolis.
