Bryan, Rose Mary (12 Apr. 1937 - 22 Jan. 2009)

Rose Bryan, 71, of Neillsville, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009, at the Memorial Health and Rehabilitation Center in Neillsville.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 26, 2009, at Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville. Interment will be in Dells Dam Cemetery in Neillsville. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Rose Mary Ritzert was born April 12, 1937, in Clinton, the daughter of Francis Bernard and Luella Katherine (Ketchum) Ritzert. She was united in marriage to Guenther Dolenski on Oct. 24, 1957. After Guenther's death in 1970, Rose moved to Neillsville in 1972. She was united in marriage to Donald G. Bryan on Jan. 20, 1973.

She is survived by her husband, Donald G. Bryan; six children, Dawn (Mark) Scheibe of Neillsville, Jackie (Roger) Polzin of Neillsville, Theresa Mueller of Granton, Linda (Steven) Weiss of Wild Rose, April (Phillip) Struensee of Merrillan and Donald L "Doobie" (Ashley) Bryan of Neillsville; 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Rose is also survived by a brother, John (Sue) Ritzert of Hebron, Ill. and many nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters-in-law.
