Mrs. Frank Heida, 93, resident of Dorchester, died Thursday at her home three and one-half miles southeast of Dorchester, Wis.

Mrs. Heida was born in Bohemia, August 10, 1841 and spent the early part of her life there. After her marriage to Frank Heida, the couple came to the United States in 1869, settling in Milwaukee where they resided for nine years.

From Milwaukee the family moved to Dorchester, settling on the present farm site. Mr. Heida died 23 years ago.

Funeral services were conducted Monday at 10 a.m. at the residence, the Rev. L. G. Thiel of the Salem Evangelical church officiating. Internment was made in Memorial cemetery.

Four sons, Frank, James and George at home and Joseph of Eau Claire, and one daughter survive. There are 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
