Morgan, William W. (31 May 1885 - 27 Feb. 1958)

William W. Morgan of Unity, Wisconsin died at his home in Unity last Thursday morning at about 3:00 o’clock at the age of 72 years, a heart condition being the cause of his death. Funeral services were held at the Lulloff Funeral Home Sunday afternoon, Rev. Roger Knutsen officiating, and internment was made in the Unity cemetery.

Mr. Morgan was born on May 31, 1885, in Fond du Lac county, where he received his education except for a short term spent at Oshkosh Normal. He came to Unity when he was about 18 years old, and, until his retirement, three years ago, when he moved to Unity, had lived on the same farm two miles west of Unity, Wis. He married Nellie Anderson at Neillsville on July 30, 1908.

Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters, Mrs. Lucille Ringquist of Unity and Mrs. Norman Luchterhand of Marshfield; one son, Captain LeRoy Morgan, stationed with the U.S. Army in Korea; one sister, Mrs. Bert Hubbard of Willard; two grand children. Four sisters preceded him in death.
