Graves, Wauneta (Marriage - 27 Nov.)

On Friday evening, Nov. 27 at 7:30 o'clock Miss Wauneta Graves and Mr. LaVair Newman were united in marriage in the Methodist Parsonage, Rev. R. J. Fleming officiating. Miss Graves is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harley Graves, Spencer. She graduated from the Spencer High School and then went to California where she took a business course. Upon her return home she was employed with the Graves Mercantile Col, and also did part time work for Marten and Teck. Mr. Newman is the son of Mrs. Lottie Newman of Loyal. He is a graduate of the Loyal High School and for several years has been in the employ of the Lakeshire Cheese Co.

The bridal couple were attended by Miss. Lucille Anderegg and Mr. Harvey Brussow.

The bride's dress was of rust flat crepe and she wore a hat and other accessories to correspond. Her corsage bouquet was composed of sweet peas and roses. Miss Anderegg wore a dress of brown flat crepe. Her bouquet was of button chrysanthemums.

Dinner was served following the ceremony at the home of the bride's parents. Tables were decorated with flowers and crepe paper in pink and white. The guests were relatives only, Miss Lillian Essendrup, Eau Claire, a cousin of the groom, being the only one from away.

Mr. and Mrs. Newman expect to go to housekeeping soon.

Best wishes of the Loyal Tribune are joined with those of their many other friends for a happy married life.
