H. Oldenberg Sells Out

For over twenty years Herman Oldenberg and wife have owned and worked "Evergreen Farm," located about two miles east of Unity. It is a beautiful farm of 160 acres of fertile soil, and well kept and modern buildings, with about sixty acres under plow. Herman and wife came up from Fond du Lac and purchased this farm when there was a clearing of twenty-five or thirty acres which they purchased for a few hundred of dollars. With untiring efforts and strictest economy they have built up a beautiful farm which they have now disposed of to John Seibel, a brother-in-law, who at present resides at Fond du Lac. The farm this year will be worked by L. Markow who recently came here from South Dakota. Mr. and Mrs. Oldenberg will probably make their future home at Fond du Lac but wherever they may decide to reside they will take with them the well wishes of a host of friends.
