Kline, Maybelle (14 NOV 1942)

On Saturday, Nov. 14, at a quiet ceremony performed by the Rev. P. F. Meyer at the parsonage at St. Mary’s church in Hurley, Miss Maybelle Kline, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. and Mrs. William Kline of Loyal, and Matt Gravitz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Matt Gravitz of Hurley, were united in marriage.

Attending the bridal couple were Miss Margaret Simmons of Ironwood, Mich., acting as bridesmaid, and Ted Ellos of Hurley, attending the groom. Miss Simmons and Mr. Ellos are friends of the bride and groom.

Since her graduation from Loyal high school and Central State Teachers college at Stevens Point, Miss Kline has been teaching in Clark county, and last year she held the principalship of the Soo Grove state graded school at Riplinger.

Mr. Gravitz has held the position of county treasurer of Iron county and was reelected at the November election to serve another term in this office.

After a brief wedding trip, Mr. and Mrs. Gravitz will make their home on Cary Road in Hurley.

The Tribune joins friends in extending best wishes to the young couple.
