Mr. and Mrs. Herb Uttech and son, Jackie, left Friday for Juneau, where they will visit the former’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Max Uttech and family, and his brother, Howard, who expects to leave for service soon.

Several neighbors helped Mr. and Mrs. Nyle Benedict move their household goods into the Rollie Rondorf house. Nyle started work at the cheese factory on Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. Irving Thur and family of Minneapolis, who purchased the personal property of the Benedicts, have taken possession of the place vacated by them for the time being.

Miss June Voight, who underwent an appendectomy at the Neillsville hospital a week ago Tuesday, is reported doing nicely. Her brother, Harvey, Milwaukee, came Sunday to call on her; also her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Voight.

Wilbert Korth, who underwent an operation at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital, is expected home the middle part of this week.

Mr. and Mrs. Horace Vandeberg and Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Voight and son, Lyle, were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Vandeberg Saturday. Chris, who is home for a five-day delay en route, is being transferred from a camp in Oklahoma to a camp in Texas.

Mr. and Mrs. Leo Schecklman attended the funeral of Mrs. Ed. Rogstad at Loyal Saturday morning.

Mr. and Mrs. Leo Krongerger and family spent Sunday afternoon..................missing.
