(Taft Correspondent)

Charles H. Johnson, son of Mr. and Mrs. E.D. Johnson of Taft, and Miss Victoria Sperling, daughter of Mrs. Bednarczyk of Redville, were united in marriage by Rev. Velve at Savior’s Lutheran Church at Cornell on March 4th, 1946, at 1:00 p.m. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Endru. A wedding dinner and reception was held at the home of the bride’s mother, and a dance was given at the Stanley auditorium in the evening. After a wedding trip to Minneapolis and other points the happy couple will be at home to friends on the groom’s farm in the town of Taft.
