Connor, Donald (1890? - 10 June 1913)

Donald Connor, 23 years old, oldest son of former Lieut. Gov. William D. Connor of Marshfield, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and Ripon college, was killed, and Miss Nora Braun, 20 years old, of 462 Main street, Oshkosh, was perhaps fatally injured in a spectacular automobile accident near Fremont, Waupaca County on Tuesday afternoon.

The automobile in which the young people were riding, a new six cylinder high powered roadster, shot into the air at a sharp turn, turned over twice and landed on its side.

Connor was thrown out of the machine and was caught under the heavy machine as it struck the ground.

The young woman remained in the machine during its thrilling gyration.
