Oelrich, William (16 Aug. 1894 - 29 Oct. 1970)

Spencer, Wis. - William Oelrich, 76, of Spencer, died at 10 p.m. Thursday evening at St. Joseph’s Hospital, in Marshfield.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Spencer and burial will be made in the West Spencer cemetery. The Rev. William Ruhbusch, pastor, will officiate.

Visitations may be made at the Jasperson Funeral Home in Spencer, from noon Saturday until noon Sunday, and then at the church.

Mr. Oelrich was born Aug. 16, 1894, in Spencer where he received his education. He was married Nov. 17, 1920, in Spencer, to Sophie Huber, who preceded him in death in 1957. The couple operated a cheese factory for six years after their marriage and then operated a farm near Spencer. He had been employed by the Soo Line until his retirement in 1959.

He was a veteran of World War I; a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, and had served as treasurer of School *** Note: The remainder of this article was missing.
