Velcheck, Beatryce (30 JUN 1944)

Miss Beatryce Velcheck, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Velcheck of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), was united in marriage to Staff Sergeant Al W. Schauer, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Schauer of Jamestown, N.D. on Friday, June 30th, 1944, at Lebanon, Pa.

The very Rev. John Lawley of St. Mary’s Church performed the ceremony.

Miss Velcheck is a graduate of the St. Mary’s School of Nursing and is a member of the nursing staff of that school.

S. Sgt. Al Schauer is a graduate of Jamestown College, N.D. and was employed in Wausau prior to his induction into the army. He is stationed at Indiantown Gap, Pa., at present.

Immediately after the ceremony the couple left for New York City, where they spent a few days.
