Beyerl, Elizabeth (6 Sept. 1885 - 17 Dec. 1977)

Rites held for Mrs. F. Beyerl

Funeral services for Mrs. Frank Beyerl, who died Saturday Dec. 17, at her home in the Town of Colby, Wisconsin were held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Wednesday. Burial was in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery. The Rux-Lulloff Funeral Home was in charge.

The former Elizabeth Klawinski was born Sept. 6, 1885 at Poniatowski and in 1929 married Frank Beyerl at Athens. The couple lived on a farm west of Colby, Wis.

She is survived by Francis, at home; Mrs. Ernest (Genevieve) Feind, Colby and Gilbert Grieger, Green Bay; 12 grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren.

Step-Children surviving are Mrs. Herbert (Marie) Waldhart, Stetsonville, Jacob Beyerl, Colby, Mrs. Ray (Gertrude) Godlewski, Roselle, Ill., Mrs. Edward (Margaret) Charnitz, Milwaukee, Mrs. Ray (Ida) Draxler, Marshfield, Paul N. Beyerl, Lombard, Ill., Mrs. George (Helen) Edlebeck, DePere, Mrs. Ervin (Laura) Meyer, Colby, Mrs. Earl (Sophie) Schigley, Abbotsford, Mrs. Wm. (Martha) Dolan, Largo, Fla., Fifty step-grandchildren and 23 step great grandchildren also survive.

Surviving sisters are Mrs. Genevieve Bloczynski, Marshfield, Mrs. Fred (Rose) Niewolny, Wausau, Mrs. Paul (Lucy) Szmlorski, Hales Corners and Mrs. Henry (Clara) Tambornino, Edgar.

In addition to her husband who died Sept. 16, 1958, she was preceded in death by two sons, a daughter, stepson and three brothers and three sisters.
