M/Sgt Willard p.
Kozlowski, son of Walter Kozlowski of Neillsville, has been graduated from the
air force senior non-commissioned officer academy at Barksdale AFB, La.
Sgt. Kozlowski, who received advanced military leadership and management
training, is a missile maintenance technician at Vandenberg AFB, Calif. He
attended Neillsville High School and Allan Hancock Junior College, Santa Maria,
Calif.
His wife, Betty, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Norman of
Neillsville.
