LUANN HORN BRIDE OF CHRISTOPHER BAKER

Miss Luann Marie Horn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert R. Horn, Route 3, Greenwood, was given in marriage by her parents Aug. 21, 1982, to Christopher Scott Baker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Baker, Route 1, Greenwood.

The Rev. Alwyn York officiated at the 1:30 p.m. ceremony in Immanuel United Church of Christ, Greenwood, with Susan Richmond singing, David Baker accompanying on guitar and Ellen Richmond playing the organ.

The bride had a crepe-backed satin empire gown with train and a double veil of tulle and lace. The cascade she carried was comprised of daisies, phlox, chrysanthemums and tiger lilies in blue, brown and eggshell.

Miss Susan Richmond of Greenwood was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Karla Zogg of Viroqua, Mrs. Karen Bush of Winona, Minn., Mrs. Patricia Nachreiner, River Falls, and Miss Marilyn Fravert, Greenwood. They had light blue dresses in empire design with pleated skirts and floral jackets. Each aide had a daisy in her hair and carried a basket of flowers the same as the bride's.

Flower girl was Tina Humke, Greenwood, and ring bearer, Ted Stanke, La Crosse.

David Baker of Greenwood was best man. Groomsmen were Jeff Davis of Iowa City, Iowa, David Sepp and Allen Horn of Greenwood and Bernard Bolf of Paso Robles, Calif. Ushering were Bruce Horn, Pewaukee, and Jim Thiel, Greenwood.

The wedding reception dinner and dance were at the American Legion Hall,Greenwood. After a northern Wisconsin honeymoon, the Bakers will live in River Falls.

The bride graduated in 1979 from Greenwood High School and is scheduled to graduate next year from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Her husband, who farms, is a 1980 Greenwood High School graduate.
