Strathman, Agnes (15 Apr. 1897 - 14 Dec. 1951)

Mrs. Herman Strathman of Marshfield died at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital last Friday. She had been in poor health since July. Her husband is a native of Colby and is a son of Mrs. William Strathman and a brother of R. W. Strathman, both of Colby, Wis. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Hansen Funeral Home in Marshfield, Rev. G. M. Krueger, pastor of the Immanuel Lutheran church officiating, and internment was made in the Hillside cemetery.

Mrs. Strathman, nee Agnes Hengel, was born on April 15, 1897, in Rolling Stone, Minn., where she received her education. Her marriage to Herman Strathman took place in Colby in September, 1921. She lived in Marshfield since 1920.

Surviving are her husband; three sisters, Mrs. William Weisse of Merrill, Mrs. John Vreeland of Chicago, Ill., and Mrs. H. P. Arnold of Wichita, Kan.; four brothers, Louis Hengel of Muskego, Theodore Hengel of Winona, Minn., Henry Hengel of Rolling Stone and Joseph Hengel of Harrington, Kan.
