Mr. and Mrs. Russel Meyer spent the week-end with relatives in Chicago.   Ray Miller of Duluth, Minn., spent the week-end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest F. Miller.   Mr. ? Roohr of Milwaukee, formerly of Colby, is spending a few ? in her home in Colby, Wis.   A son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Henry Friday of Colby, Route 1, at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital May 14th.   Mrs. J. T. Selves left for Minneapolis Friday night where she will visit with her sister for two weeks.   Mr. and Mrs. Harlow Hibbard spent Sunday at Watertown with the former’s mother who is very ill.   Mr. and Mrs. William Baker of Stetsonville spent Sunday with the former’s mother, Mrs. Anna Rienow.   Donald Borchart of La Crosse visited Sunday and Monday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Bane.   Mrs. Clara Bartek of Plainfield is visiting several days with her brother and sister in law, Mr. and Mrs. A. X. Umhoefer.   Mr. and Mrs. Byrne Neville of Milwaukee spent the week-end with the latter’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Schwantes.   Rev. and Mrs. O. Hoffmann attended the pastoral study club meeting Monday at the home of Rev. and Mrs. Paul Dietz.   Mrs. Otto Sill returned to Kansas City, Mo., Monday after visiting two weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Baumgart.   Rev. O. Hoffmann presided at the meeting of the Board for Young People’s Work of the district on Friday evening at Wausau.   Mr. and Mrs. John F. Lindsay and daughter, Mary Louise, spent Sunday with his mother, Mrs. Mary Lindsay, and other relatives at Reedsburg.   Mr. and Mrs. William F. Roth of Colby and Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Schmidt and daughter, Karen, of Abbotsford are visiting this week with relatives in Chicago.   Mr. and Mrs. Paul Draeger and Mrs. Lillie Allmann spent the week- *** Note: The remainder of this article was missing.
