Jasinski, Ray (21 AUG 1907 - 1 MAY 1941)

Last rites were conducted at St. Cyril’s Methodius Church at Milwaukee at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 6th, 1941, for Raymond E. Jasinski, 33, who passed away May 1st at the State Sanitorium, Wales, Wis., death being caused by tuberculosis. Rev. J. Betlinski officiated at the services with sermon by Rev. G. Lehman.

Mr. Jasinski was born on Aug. 21, 1907 in Minneapolis, Minn., and at the age of eight years came to Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Jasinski, who survives him.

He was united in marriage to Pauline Gromacki on Sept. 5, 1932 at Thorp.

The greater part of his life was spent on a farm. About two years ago he suffered the amputation of one foot, the result of blood poison, but until last fall he had evidently recovered his health. He failed fast the past three months, medical aid being of no avail.

Besides a devoted wife he leaves his seven years old daughter, Phyllis; three brothers, Henry of Chicago, and Leonard and Edward of Thorp; three sisters, Mrs. Frances Niedzwiecki, Mrs. Violet Zelent and Mrs. Regina Jenkot of Chicago, and many friends who deeply mourn his loss.

Interment was made in St. Adalbert’s Cemetery, Milwaukee, the following acting as pallbearers: John and Walter Wargolet, Barney and John Mamayek, Leo Janik and Edmund Revolinski.
