Sniegowski, Alyce M. (19 APR 1941)

A very pretty wedding took place Saturday morning, April 19th, 1941, at St. Hedwig’s Church, when Father F.A. Kulig joined in holy matrimony, Mr. Alois L. Ciolkosz, son of Mrs. K. Blachowiak and Miss Alyce Marie Sniegowski, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Sniegowski.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, was attired in a gown of starched chiffon and velveray with train. She wore a finger tip veil and carried a bouquet of Easter lilies. The bridesmaids were her sister, Jean Sniegowski, Frances Neiman, Antoinette Panek and Adelaide Staron, who were dressed in light blue starched chiffon with blue accessories. They carried bouquet of pink carnations.

The groom wore a tuxedo, as did his attendants, Henry Ciolkosz, Chester Sniegowski, Florian Sniegowski, and Leon Grajkowski.

A reception was given the couple after the ceremony at the home of the bride’s parents in the town of Reseburg (Clark Co., Wis.) and attended by many guests of both bride and groom.

The groom is organist at St. Hedwig’s Church.

Their many friends join in extending best wishes.

Sniegowski and son Frank of Byron, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kiraly and daughters of Stanley.
