Scheimmel, Jimmie LeRoy (22 Aug 1943 - 9 Mar. 1953)

Funeral services for Jimmie LeRoy Schiemmel, whose death was reported last week, were held in Zion Lutheran church last Thursday afternoon, Rev. O. Hoffmann officiating, and internment was made in the Hillside cemetery at Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pall bearers were Wilbus and Donald Becker, Eldron Calbaum and Harold Viergutz. Mrs. Viergutz was in charge of the flowers and Carole Lou Ketterl, Sharon Pflanzer and Carol Jean Beichtol were flower girls.

Mrs. Lawrence Priem sang "Have Thine Own Way Lord" and the children’s choir of the church sang "Now Rest Beneath Thy Shadows" with Mrs. Priem at the organ.

Out-of-town relatives and friends here for the services included Mrs. Fred Becker, George Karo and Mrs. Thorval Rasmussen of Marshfield and Mr. and Mrs. Gerlad Rasmussen and children of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

*Jimmie Leroy Schimmel was born 22 Aug 1943 to Henry W. Schimmel (29 Oct 1917 - 18 Sep 1997) and Alvern Carson (26 May 1918 - 19 Aug 1990) .  Jimmie died of Leukemia, 9 Mar 1953.
