COLBY -- Richard L. Kuehling, 93, of Colby, died Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, at Colonial Center in Colby, Wis.

The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, 2008, at Zion Lutheran Church in Colby, Wis.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Maurina Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Richard L. Kuehling

COLBY -- Richard Louis Kuehling, 93, of Colby died Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, at Colonial Center in Colby, Wis.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Maurina/Schilling Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Richard was born April 26, 1914, to Otto and Amanda (Glaman) Kuehling. He married Myrtle Davis on May 7, 1938, in Clinton, Iowa. He drove truck for Matt Orth and a beer truck for Marshfield Brewery. He farmed in the town of Unity from 1945 until 2002 when he moved to Colby, Wis.

He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Kuehling, Colby; son, Denny (Carol) Kuehling, Unity; daughters, Mary Harwood, Abbotsford, Rose Viergutz, Sault Sainte Marie, Mich., and Carol Ann Kuehling, Chippewa Falls; 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
