Curtis - Feb. 14, 1952

Remember the pancake and sausage supper served by the Curtiss Homemakers Club at the village hall Saturday evening, Feb. 16, beginning at 5:00 o’clock. The proceeds will go the March of Dimes, Red Cross and Cancer funds.

The Ladies’Aid of the Ev. Lutheran church will meet at the parish hall on Thursday, Feb. 21. Mrs. O. K. Odland and Mrs. Wm. Maki will serve.

The Curtiss School P.T.A. will meet Friday evening, Feb. 15.

Mrs. Howard Stoltenberg of Nelsonville, Mrs. Louis Boardman of Thorp and their mother, Mrs. George Hoff visited with Mr. Hoff at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital Sunday.

Miss Kathryn Peterson of Phillips, Price county home agent, spent the week-end with her mother, Mrs. Chas. Peterson.

Mr. and Mrs. George Murphy moved to Curtiss Corners Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Erickson spent the week-end at La Crosse with their daughter and family. Their niece, Mrs. Clarence Stockmeyer, returned home with them for a visit.

Miss Bertha Kraut, who spent the past four months with her nephew, Eugene Kraut, and family at St. Paul, Minn., returned home Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Lokken of Minneapolis spent the week-end with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Lokken, and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Fricke.
