The bride was attired in a satin gown, embroidered bodice with three rows of lace around the neck, buttoned down the back, net skirt with long train, hearts of embroidered satin. A fingertip veil hung from a crown of seed pearls. Her shower bouquet consisted of red roses and white carnations. She also wore a string of pearls, a gift of the groom. Miss Neitzel wore a dress of yellow marquisette, Mrs. Podevels, pink, and Miss Giese, blue. All three had bouquets of mixed flowers. They also wore pearl necklaces, a gift of the bride.
