Kuehnast, Elizabeth (23 July 1879 - 8 Jan. 1946)

Funeral services for Mrs. E. F. Kuehnast, age 66, of Abbotsford, Wisconsin, who died of embolism Tuesday night, Jan. 8th, were held Saturday afternoon at the Presbyterian church at Abbotsford, Rev. George Griffiths officiating, and burial was made in the Abbotsford cemetery. Pall bearers were Charles Hoffman, Walter Fults, Frank Bernitt, Frank Wing, C. J. Hirsch and Fred Earl. Flowers were in charge of Mrs. Alfred Scheel, Mrs. Edith Earl, Mrs. Edith Bunnell, Mrs. Edith Neitzel and Mrs. Rose Brown.

Mrs. Kuehnast, the former Elizabeth Moses, was born at Chippewa Falls July 23, 1879, and was married there to E. F. Kuehnast. She was a member of the Presbyterian church.

Surviving besides her husband are seven children, Mrs. Chester (Velma) Brown of Milwaukee; Wilbur Kuehnast, Abbotsford; Robert Kuehnast, Chippewa Falls; Mrs. Edward (Evelyn) Minke, Minneapolis; Emery Kuehnast, Chippewa Falls; Emaline Kuehnast, Abbotsford; and Mrs. Frank (Marion) Stetter, Chicago.

Also surviving are nine brothers and sisters, Mrs. Mary Buntz, August; Mrs. Gabriel Smith, Seattle, Wash.; Mrs. Amy Landsko, Sultan, Wash.; Henry Moses, Havre, Mont.; Alice Handal, Mampa, Idaho; Mrs. Goldie Wingfield, Havre, Mont.; Robert Moses, Waukegan, Ill.; Lawrence Moses, Havre, Mont.; and Arthur Moses, Havre, Mont.

There are 10 grandchildren.
