Keller, John (July 24, 1932 - November 6, 2007)

John Keller, age 75, of Neillsville died Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at Neillsville Memorial Medical Center.

John Keller was born in Mrzovic, Yugoslavia on July 24, 1932 the son of Johann and Theresia (Mim) Keller. John came to the United States from Germany when he was 16. Not only did he learn to speak the language, he also learned how to proudly serve his new country in the US Army. John discovered the pleasures of life, he enjoyed fishing and hunting, but his favorite hobby was farming. John has a special place in his heart for his daughters and grandchildren and he will be deeply missed the family of John wishes to thank Walter Wetzel for his friendship and caring relationship he had with our father and grandfather. Thank you Walt and Joyce

John is survived by his daughters, Deborah (John) Crawford, of Poynette, WI; and Dianne K. Dow, of Eau Claire; three grandchildren, Aaron Keller Sowieja, Emma Lu Dow and Joshua Dow; and one great-granddaughter, Arianna Sowieja. He is also survived by one sister, Theresa Briickner, of Austria.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Michael Keller, of Australia and Stefan Keller, of Austria.

No services for John will be held.

The Gesche Funeral Home of Neillsville is assisting John’s family with arrangements.
