Both mothers were in attendance at the ceremony in navy blue ensembles, with white accessories, and wore shoulder bouquets of tea roses and sweet peas.

The Greening home, decorated with cut flowers and streamers of pink, aqua, yellow and white, was the scene of a large reception later in the day. Dinner was served to 66 guests. A wedding dance followed at the Wiedenhoeft pavilion in Colby, Wis.
