Schultz, Marguerite M. (13 Jan. 1914 - 28 Feb. 1943)

Miss Marguerite M. Schultz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward R. Schulz of Colby, died on Sunday morning at 8:15 o’clock at Mt. View Sanatorium near Wausau where she had been a patient two years. Funeral services were held at St. Mary’s Catholic church in Colby Wednesday morning at 9:30 o’clock and internment was made in the Colby cemetery, Rev. L. J. Lang officiating. Pall bearers were Willard Frome, Wilbur Becker, Elmer Dehne, Paul Umhoefer, Nick Gierl and Bud Hemmy.

Miss Schultz was born in Auburndale on January 13th, 1914, thus reaching the age of 29 years, one month and 15 days. She accompanied her parents to Colby 17 years ago and attended St. Mary’s Catholic school and was graduated from the Colby, Wis. High School with the class of 1931. Later she was graduated from St. Joseph’s school of nursing in Marshfield.

Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward R. Schultz, and three sisters and three brothers - Mrs. Norman Winkler of Unity, Miss Ruth Schultz of Wausau, Miss Marcia Schultz at home, Donald Schultz of the town of Hull, Walter Schultz of Madison and Jerome Schultz at home.
