The annual picnic dinner given by the Veterans of the World War was held at the Harry Rennhack home Sunday on Father’s day. A large crowd was in attendance.

Born to Mr. and Mrs. Edward Donahue, Chicago, a baby girl, June 16. Mrs. Donahue was the former Anne Billy.

Irene Brinkmeier came home Friday evening from Milwaukee to visit her folks, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Brinkmeier, and returned Sunday.

Helen Paun came home from Neillsville where she is employed to spend the weekend with her folks, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Paun.

Frank McPherson has been employed since the past week on the section in Pray.

Mrs. Louis Hebert and son, Lyman, and Evelyn Jane Donegan called on Mr. and Mrs. Clayton McCann in Neillsville a week ago Sunday.

Norma Lindquist and roommate came from Rockford, Ill., to spend the weekend with Norma’s folks, Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Lindquist.

Louie Paun, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Paun, hauled milk for Tony Handke Sunday and Monday while Tony went fishing.

Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Scholtz and children visited Sunday evening with the William Tullis family.
