Orval 'Ole' J. Sage

NEILLSVILLE -Orval "Ole" Sage, 79, of Neillsville died Monday, Nov. 21, 2005, at the Memorial Medical Center in Neillsville, Wis.

Funeral services for Ole will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 25, 2005, at the United Methodist Church in Neillsville, Wis. Interment will be in the East Lawn Cemetery in Augusta. The Gesche Funeral Home of Neillsville is assisting the family with arrangements.

Orval James Sage was born May 18, 1926, the son of Ethel (Tallman) and James P. Sage. He went to work hauling milk for the Neillsville Rendering Plant and later worked for the Clark County Department of Forestry. After he retired, he ran his hobby farm. Ole is survived by his wife, Evelyn Sage; daughters, Ethel Kalsow, Karrie Sage, Linda Gurney, Cheryl Bildeau; and a son, Pete Wesenberg. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; brothers, Charles (Marion) Sage, Slinger, Willis (Helen) Sage, Horicon; and sisters, Ester Roeder, Milwaukee, Wis., and Marion (Lyall) Wallace, White Bear Lake, Minn.
